Sam took me through an intense cardio session that he calls ‘the stair master’.
Over 60 minutes of intervals which involve sprinting, jumping, lunging, squatting and so much more... all on a flight of stairs.
What a workout it was!

Sam definitely pushed me harder then i would of ever pushed myself...
He took me out my comfort zone and made sure i was working my body hard, I would definitely recommend this workout and do it again.. however i'll definitely will be resting for a few days.
My first time doing physical activity since primary school, it was painful.
Though it hurt Sam pushed me through it and during the training I hated him for it.
Actually; looking back on it I still hate him for it, but I guess that's what you pay him for.
